I've installed mono 2.10.2 using this script here http://www.integratedwebsystems.com/2010/10/mono-2-8-install-script-for-ubuntu-fedora/ which i think is the one you mention. I've run it through monodevelop 2.6 and i belive it using mono 2.10.2 and it's doing the same thing. Should i post a new bug relating to this ChangePassword control ? Thanks, Tim. (2) Install the current release of Mono (2.10.2) in a parallel environment. This may sound complex but it's relatively easy. There are some ready to use srcipts which can be found somewhere in the Internet. They are working great at least on Maverick. I don't understand why Ubuntu constantly tries to release new OS versions but ignores updates to Mono. This is very annoying.
