Hello Dmitry, Thanks for your reply.
Indeed when I tailed the errorlog in my /var/log/apache2 directory I got the following after executing. Listening on: /tmp/mod_mono_server_example.com Root directory: / [Tue Nov 08 15:14:08 2011] [error] mod_mono: connect error (Permission denied). File: /tmp/mod_mono_server_example.com [Tue Nov 08 15:14:08 2011] [error] mod_mono: connect error (Permission denied). File: /tmp/mod_mono_server_example.com So after chmodding the files mono files in /tmp I got things working even though they were owend by the same user that executed mono. What I am wondering now is how I can force mono to create the files somewhere else because when the server reboots the files will propably be reset to its old state. With kind regards, And already a lot of thanks, Tim Herman 2011/11/8 dmitryos <dmitr...@gmail.com> > Hi Tim, > > it helped me to check apache log file (but not the log file form the below > configuration).
