No, it's a plain Visual Studio project. From other experiences, that should be fine on Mono. I don't even know where that assembly is, probably hidden in the invisible depths of the GAC.

Well, if Mono can't do basic ASP.NET 4.5, that's a valid result. Given that it still doesn't run with different user accounts, I consider it non-functional for my environment and needs. Would have been a nice idea to have an ASP.NET hosting platform, considering there's almost none available for a reasonable price. So I'll just skip that idea and leave it for a few years later.
