 Not 100% consistently. I saw it once drew focus fine (at that run time

+Fixed in svn r55538. I couldn't see any connection to having the menu 
+or not having it. Seems we just drew the focus and the highlight on 
+top of each other. At least that's how it looked when used with MS 
+System.Drawing on XP. I don't (yet) have a XP Mono setup to test with
