+Hmm. I think this one is precisely the last one mentioned in the 
+http://www.haible.de/bruno/charsets/conversion-tables/ISO-8859-6.html 
+table, and which has lots of mappings that no one else has (i.e. which are 
+most likely bugs). I would recommend to go with the majority, namely 
+windows-xp/CP28596.TXT which is the same as 
+icu-3.4/IBM-1089_P100-1995.TXT.
