usage
+OtherBugsDependingOnThis: 52606

The test case below (client.cs, server.cs), a simple HTTP client / server
scenario is affected by an issue in the CompressedStack implementation.
With an increasing uptime, the rate of processed requests decreases
dramatically. At the same time, the memory consumption of the server
process approaches unacceptable levels, the heap grows constantly.

This wasn't supposed to be enabled, but now gets called by
 ExecutionContext.Capture.

note: resetting priority to normal as this occurs inside the 2.0 profile.

+Thanks for the test case. Your problem is fixed in SVN (r60298).
+
+I'm keeping the bug open to fix the problem when the security manager
+is active (but that will be after Mono 1.2 release).
