 I tested it under WinXP SP2, Win2000 and send to a friend to test
 under Vista and in all Win32 versions window cant be move by dragging
 its menu bar. Maybe you have an application utility installed on your
 system that brigs this feature (something like WindowsBlinds) but as
 it is not an WinForms feature I will close the ticket.

+problem is that with Mono a form can in fact be moved by dragging the

+I was able to reproduce this before, not sure if it was on win32 or
