* ToolStrip.cs: Don't show tooltips for ToolStripTextBoxes, they
will handle it themselves.
* ToolStripItem.cs: When deciding what the text of a tooltip should
be, use the Text property instead of the text field.
* ToolStripTextBox.cs: Handle tooltips.
