I went ahead and committed this in r86038, as it doesn't cause any problems for
me (default desktop location). I don't see how it could cause a problem for
anyone who hasn't moved their desktop, as Desktop and DesktopDirectory will
always be the same. If this causes problems for anyone, please file a bug for
it.

* Theme.cs: FileDialogs should be using DesktopDirectory instead of
Desktop. This lets it work for people who have moved their desktops
from the default location on windows. For people who have not, both
values are the same, so it shouldn't hurt anything. [Fixes bug
#325270]
