1. Go to mcs/tests
2. Run 'make PROFILE=net_2_0 run-test-local'
C# compiler test suite runs in 30 seconds then the statistics is printed and
mono process starts some cleanup which takes another 30 seconds and 100% of CPU
before the process is finished.
