I retested this after my BackgroundWorker changes, thinking it may have fixed
this. It still appeared to hang, however I accidentally left it running while
I did some laundry. When I got back, it had completed successfully. Tried a
few more times and it just takes about 5 minutes to complete after getting to
99%. Marking as invalid as it seems this is just how the app functions.
