When a ListViewItem is removed, the value of ListViewItem.Focused is not reset
to false.
Also, the first item in the ListView does not appear to get focus when the
ListView is created.
I stumbled onto this while creating a unit test for bug #330415.
To reproduce, see the (NotWorking) RemoveFocusedItem test in
ListViewItemTest.cs.
