When a mainmenu is activate by clicking it, then keyboard navigation is not
functional until the mouse is moved over one of the child menuitems.
Also, ALT+F4 has no effect on a form containing a mainmenu.
Both issues only apply to Windows.
To reproduce:
1. compile and run the attached source code.
2. follow the on-screen instructions.
