If TextBox.UseSystemPasswordChar setted to true, then .NET show password chars
instead of text, but mono show real text.
Tested on Mono 1.2.5.1 for Windows.
Also i saw rendering issue when UseSystemPasswordChar = false and PasswordChar
= '*'. To reproduce try to enter more then 10 characters and you should see
rendering bug as on screenshot.
