While attempting to create a standalone repro for bug #331601, I got the
following assertion (using SVN head):
(test.exe:3872): CRITICAL **: mono_metadata_blob_heap: assertion `index <
meta->heap_blob.size' failed
To reproduce, compile and run the attached source code.
