It does not work for assembly file names.
To reproduce:
1. extract the updated gzipped tar archive.
2. run 'make'.
Expected result:
Successful execution.
Actual result:
Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: File or assembly name
bin/lib.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not found.
File name: "bin/lib.dll"
at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Reflection.Assembly:LoadFrom
(string,bool)
at System.Reflection.Assembly.LoadFrom (System.String assemblyFile) [0x00000]
