You don't really access this mod-mono-server:
mod-mono-server2 --verbose --port 8000 --address 127.0.0.1 --applications
/samples:/usr/share/asp.net2-demos --appconfigdir /etc/mono-server2
using a browser pointing to http://localhost:8000 , do you?
It's not intended to be used this way. Mod-mono-server can speak
to mod_mono *only*.
