Reopened for e) below. Apart from that, things are looking much better,
thanks.
In the order of issues provided by Ernesto -- with the two issues reported by
me as #1 and #2:
a) Fixed
b,#2) Fixed
c) ->bug 325433, Parent.Size vs ClientSize
d) Fixed
e,#1) Fixed; but no child window icons present.
When a maximized window is closed, another one is correctly maximized in its
place, however the three child control icons (min,restore,close) have
disappeared. Hit Ctrl+F6 to move to the next window and the icons reappear.
f) Don't know the exact issue, but seems unfixed; icons disappear off the
bottom on first resize.
g) Don't know the issue.
