Similar to bug #325031 the OnResize event is not being fired when the width
and height of the plugin is being changed.
A call to ctrl.content.OnResize = OnResized from the OnLoad event function
OnLoad(ctrl, ID, canvas) associated with plugin should generate resize
callbacks every time the height and width changes.... not just at page load.
