I don't think this bug should be closed without comments.
AFAIK, MS changed their behavior in CSC 2.x. Our behavior in both gmcs and mcs
matches the behavior of CSC 2.x.
Miguel, Martin: ok to close this one, or do we want mcs to match csc 1.x?
