This doesn't seem to be totally fixed for me. The initial crashes are gone,
but it still seems broken. What I see now is that if I have a TreeView control
and I drag/drop one of the nodes to another spot it works, but then if I try to
drag subsequent nodes it doesn't work. What I see (for the subsequent drags)
is that the ItemDrag and DragEnter are invoked as normal, but the DragDrop is
not invoked.
