After couple of exposed issues in mono wsdl2, I still faied to generate usable
C# sources. However, looks like it also fails with .NET wsdl.exe (both "GW7SP1"
and "GW7SP2" result in the same error). Here is the output:
$ /cygdrive/c/Program\ Files/Microsoft.NET/SDK/v2.0/Bin/wsdl.exe groupwise.wsdl

So, you probably attached some wrong WSDLs, or some proper build instruction
for the output C# sources is needed.
