In 1.2.5.1's mjs, the 1st testcase now errors while compiling with:
Unhandled Exception: System.NotImplementedException: Should emit
LateBinding.CallValue logic for unknown constructor Error
the 2nd testcase compiles, but gets the Invalid IL message as noted in the
comment above.
So, this bug has been confirmed as still broken as of 1.2.5.1.
