This bug seems to be fixed;
You can try the program with the following arguments:
mono sample.exe http://tirania.org/test/index.html miguel miguel
I setup basic authentication there with the following in .htaccess:
AuthType Basic
AuthName "By Invitation Only"
AuthUserFile
/kunden/homepages/31/d174196883/htdocs/web/tirania.org/test/passwords
Require valid-user
