With Mono the CreateInstanceFromVirtualPath method of the BuildManager class
doesn't find the buildProvider node in the Web.Config file and throws an
exception.
On .Net the same method returns a buildProvider instance (according to the
virtualPath parameter) which is able to handle the file type of the query.
