Take bug #324696 for example. The exception throw is:
"Unhandled Exception: System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type
'FieldAttributes' from assembly 'test, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral'."
It should throw an exception with an informative message, something like
net's:
"System.TypeLoadException: No Instance Field in an Enum."
