Under some circumstances, a MenuItem's Tag property will be lost (reset to
null), due to MenuItem.CloneMenu() not cloning correctly.
Perhaps other important properties are lost as well. For example, the current
CloneMenu() implementation does not copy the values of CanRaiseEvents, Name and
RadioCheck.
