Strange since there is (much) code inside libgdiplus to handle this.
Notwithstanding the issue, I think the test case itself has some problem. In
the screenshot you can see some small black dots (under 'w' and 'f') on the red
rectangle - this is probably the text being drawn on a second line (and
clipped).
Myself I get visually different results on my computers (in one I get almost 2
lines). This is probably due to using Form.Font property which can be different
between computers (while all other values are static).
