I suspect that there's a bug in the code that resolve a MethodDefinition from a
xml-api-info method node when the method is generic.

In System.Linq.Enumerable, we're missing a few methods that have been
implemented. I suspect the linker to remove them because they are not marked
during the xml-api-info parsing.
