This applies to both both xsp and sxp2. In the test for browser tab control
located here:
http://<server>:8080/1.1/customcontrol/tabcontrol.aspx
the user is asked to enter label name and link to add, then by clicking
"Submit", a new tab with that link is added to the page.
The first tab created contains the label as the text of the tab but it is not a
link. All additional tabs are correctly set up as links.
