monoapi.zip (Mono Embedding) will be fixed in 1.2.6 (preview 3).
The other missing sections are unrelated to this bug.
I'm not sure how the documentation will be handled for monodevelop, moonlight,
etc... (probably should be another bug) gtk#, for example, ships it's docs in a
gtk-sharp2-docs rpm package.
