Mono's Remoting+SOAP formatter was never tested against other implementations
than MS.NET and Mono itself.
Even MS.NET's implementation is not suitable for interop, unless
you limit yourself to very basic SOAP types (string, ints, etc.).
Use WS if you want interop.
Changed prio.
