It's very likely that you problem, if fixed, got fixed by changes in either the
runtime or corlib. Knowing that, it does not make sense to only use newer
versions of Mono.WebServer or Mono.Security.
Try using Mono 1.2.6 Preview 2 and update the bug report with your findings:
