The web service documentation pages generated by the documentation handler
include bare html that does not validate as xml while the document is served
with content-type application/xml.
Firefox 2 validates xml validity of such documents and it does throw an error
when they don't validate.
To reproduce it, just access any web service documentation page with Firefox 2.
The pages are (at least) full of <br> where they should be <br /> to be valid
xml.
