The collection of links in a LinkCollection is tied to the LinkLabel, and as
such must be stored in the LinkLabel instances.
With this, different instances of LinkCollection with the same owner should
always have the same items.
Currently, we store the list of links in the LinkCollection instance.
I'll add a few unit tests to LinkLabelTest.cs that fail because of this, and
mark them NotWorking.
