I've noticed (at least) the following differences between our gacutil and that
of MS:

1) Mono's gacutil uses the /nologo option as part of the assembly name instead
of ignoring it (until we have logo banner, see 4).

2) In the uninstall action, we should not return exit code 1 if no matching
assembly is found in the GAC.

3) We should report the number of assemblies that we uninstalled, and the
number of failures (no match is not a failure).

4) Should we have a logo banner (with version info)?

TODO's:

* We currently do not output (some?) errors if the /silent flag is set. Verify
what the MS behavior is here.
