The generated file Mono.Addins/mono-addins.pc does not specify the assembly to
reference, neither does mono-addins-gui.pc, only mono-addins-setup.pc did.
This leads to MonoDevelop not compiling.
Workaround: Run aclocal, automake, autoconf.
