When an MDI child form overrides OnClosing to prevent it from being closed, the
MDI parent (and as a result also the MDI child) can still be closed.
To reproduce, see the following test case in SVN:
gert/interactive/bug325211
I was able to reproduce this on both Linux and Windows.
