proposed patch
The following patch for Solaris adds $libdir to the ELF runtime path, the path
where the executables will search for libraries at runtime.
This avoids having to add e.g. /opt/mono/lib to LD_LIBRARY_PATH for Mono to
find libMonoPosixHelper.so, reducing the complexity in launching MonoDevelop or
mono-service or simply mono.
Tested on Solaris Express 70b x86.
