When closing MD, Mono sometimes crashes with a random error. I tried starting
and closing MD several times and I could see the following:
** (MonoDevelop:30860): WARNING **: unregistered JIT ICall
** ERROR **: file mini.c: line 2680 (mono_emit_jit_icall): should not be
reached
aborting...
another:
** ERROR **: file threads.c: line 252 (thread_start_routine): assertion failed:
(thr_ret == 0)
aborting...
another:
** ERROR **: file error.c: line 70 (SetLastError): assertion failed: (ret == 0)
aborting...
another (several times):
Segment violation (without any error message).
This is with Mono 1.2.6.
