Repro sources
See attached repro for details. The .resx file "sample.resx" contains a
resource of type System.IO.MemoryStream.
Compiling under Mono 1.2.6 results in the following error:
Error: Invalid ResX input.
Inner exception: Constructor not found. Class: System.IO.MemoryStream
Under .NET this is supported and will compile successfully.
