Description of Problem:
When you try to access the 2.0 MasterPages tests, it errors with the message
shown below.
This is failing in 1.9.0p1, but worked in 1.2.6, so this is a regression.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. cd /usr/lib/xsp/test
2. Run: xsp2
3. Go to that server in a web browser on port 8080
4. Navigate to 2.0 / MasterPages / content1
5. Notice the error as shown below.
Actual Results:
Instance creation failed for virtual path 'frame.master'.
Description: Error processing request.
Error Message: HTTP 500. System.Web.HttpException: Instance creation failed for
virtual path 'frame.master'.
