patch for Microsoft.Build.Tasks
The attached patches implement:
* a very crude CreateCSharpManifestResourceName task
* the ability to run under MS.NET
* a fix for bug 323833 when a 2.1 System.dll or other duplicate is found in the
gac
* return the latest version of a dll whose name appears in the gac even if the
specific version requested is not present
These were the minimum I needed to get my Gtk# projects building on both Linux
and Windows.
