This patch is only the first thing I could get working. I couldn't figure out how to get the return type of the anonymous method expression without inferring it again (how do you obtain the return type otherwise?) But it works in this case because the arguments I'm dealing with are of type System.Func, and the last generic argument of that type is the return type? Am I on the right track, at least?
