Patch to DefaultImporter.cs to handle ModifierOptional, ModifierRequired and
Sentinel TypeSpecifications
The assemblies I work with are generated from C
They contain ModifierOptional, ModifierRequired and Sentinel TypeSpecifications
I cannot import them using Cecil
I added a patch of Mono.Cecil/DefaultImporter.cs that adds their recognition
