DLL containing a single function whose name starts with a dot.
I have functions with names that require the single quotes. In htis example, it
is because they start with a dot (.foo).
monodis omits the single quotes. The output file cannot be assembled again
because of a syntax error.
To reproduce the problem, run monodis on the attached file, and try to assemble
again.
