On both systems I compiled the assemlies with the same batch file (repository !). I definitly use the msc.exe from this directory .\lib\mono\1.0\. But your comment was a good hint. I disovered that I had to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. And now the same mcs.exe compiler produces 1.0 profile on PC2 too. But why?
