Download the library from http://www.codeplex.com/Flee, cd into
src/Lib and type:
vbnc *.vb grammatica-1.5.alpha2/PerCederberg.Grammatica.Runtime/*.vb
grammatica-1.5.alpha2/PerCederberg.Grammatica.Runtime.RE/*.vb
The error is:
