Description of Problem:
Masked textbox "use system password char" ignored
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create form
2. Add masked text box
3. Set UseSystemPassword to true (if set to false (default) behavor is correct)
Actual Results:
plan text typed into box
Expected Results:
In windows text is represented by large dots.
How often does this happen?

Additional Information:
If use system password char is false, BOTH windows and Linux display plan text
on box.
