In previous version (and in MSFT) the AnchorStyle drop-down editor is always
the same width as the value column. It is now fixed to a narrow width about a
third wide as it is tall. Seen in mono-1.9-gtksharp-2.10.3-win32-1.exe and SVN
HEAD, Linux and Win32.
This is a regression, but the effect is relatively minor; it's still usable
etc...
